You hit the nail on the head Bosco. When the world got connected through Internet, you essentially all of a sudden had a world-wide W.A.N. network. So of course just as departments don't need their own software in many cases by being a "client" off the company L.A.N., many companies will choose to run their software off the ASP as if they were a "client" user within a virtual corporation. Fascinating how the Internet network is changing the MIS and business models in ways I couldn't have imagined even few years ago.
