Sure, man, that too. The operant concept was, though, to use this perfect opportunity to reach out to the people and firms who will directly be effected.

Thinking about it now, there may be some good reasons why they would opt not to address the issues at this point, such as waiting for final SEC approval or changes to the "pattern daytrading" proposal; i.e., why waste the time if it could be scrapped or changed tomorrow?
