Howard,

Thanks for all the good work!

I'm in for 10k shares at .73

Can you or anyone tell me if this company has floorless convertible shares? It is my understanding....and please...
anyone.....correct me if I'm wrong (or maybe just explain it better than I am).....but floorless convertibles allow limited upside potential at least for awhile because the company buying the shares can short the stock knowing there will be a lot of shares coming into the market (dilution) driving the price back down to a floorless price where they can buy in again to cover their short position.

It seems to me this stock is in a great industry with a lot of potential. However, it seems to me....if the company has convertibles and does not do anything about them it may limit the upside potential....at least for a while.

OT...have you looked into direct engine (DI) technology...
a company I follow called Orbital Engine (from Australia) has a DI technology that is supposed to be pretty good (I do own shares in OE but it is not necessarily an endorsement).

A lot of the big car shows are showing DI technology.

It seems to me that DI is the way engines are going to go for the next 5 - 10 years until fuel cells are practical and cost effective and the fuel cells have a readily available fuel supply....hopefully Rentech GTL ;)
