People sure get defensive when you simply ask questions about a stock. From the beginning, I asked why is this stock worth owning and all I get back are childish attacks.... so I'll simply spell out my concerns and if anyone wants to answer them, have at it:

1. Why did Deloitte and Touche resign as auditors back in May of 1999? (I know KPMG are current auditors, but why the resignation)?

2. HDTV's notes were extended until 12/31/99 (first extension and later to June 30, 2001, second extension) and two of the three conditions for the extension to 12/31/99 were that: (i) the company has developed and demonstrated a fully functioning projection display unit and (ii) the company has entered into one or more written agreements which will generate not less than $250,000 of revenue for the company prior to December 31, 1999. Looking at revenues of $20,500 for the last quarter, I wonder if such contracts or agreement were ever finalized and therefore are we to expect revenues in 1999 of at least $250,000?

3. Why does it take until March 31, 2000 before financial statements and the 10K40SB for YE 12/31/99 will be ready.

4. Why did Argyle Capital Mangement Corp. (holder of notes in the amount of $1,188,000) sell 112,500 shares of HDTV in January, 2000? (did you wonder where the selling pressure was coming from)?

5. Why does HDTV continue to extend notes to Argyle while paying interest which is redeemable for stock at 50 cents per share?

6. Was the newly issued debt used to refinance existing Argyle notes or was this new debt on top of old?

Inquiring minds want to know....

R.E.B. and Cube
I would note that Mr. Pink states he does not lie. I believe him and have certainly found that to be the case. He also states he wanders around his house in his bathrobe, talking to himself and is deranged. I believe that too.
So you have to ask yourself is the sort of person you want to be suggesting stocks? I of course, say yes, but I have to admit that I have been accused of being deranged too. I disagree with that diagnosis but I have to admit I do have it. Regardless I have been making enough from Mr. Pink's picks that I will soon be able to afford a private room and have the bars on the window painted green, which is a life long goal.
All the Best
