Dr. Smith was deliciously despicable in that series. Louis DePalma was equally successful in Taxi. I loved those guys. Most series blow it by doing character development and showing the good side of bad characters in the 2nd or third year. I was pleasantly surprised that I liked the Lost in Space Movie. It looked primed for a sequel at the end. I wonder why it didn't go.

As it happens "way back when" I was a hippy I spent about 15 years as a TV snob..... Refused to have one. Vast waste land an all that rot.......Never thought of separating the wheat from the chaff....... Himmmm...
