Doesn't matter if rates rise again, the FED will just
engineer another rally in bonds when all the BOND boys
happen to all be attending another convention down in
Florida like they were a week ago. Surefire way to kill
the bond shorts, bring yields back under control, and F the
bears...a 3fer.

U.S. government debt is not exactly in favor with investors right now. means they expect rates to rise further, and/or the dollar to drop.
