Mr. Larry Revitt reports
Mill City has granted 3.04 million stock options to employees, directors and officers, such stock options to take the place of options that have either expired or being cancelled by the company. These new options are for a term of five years expiring on Feb. 9, 2005, and have an exercise price of 10 cents per share.
In addition to the granting of those new options as described, the company has agreed to amend all other existing option agreements to change the exercise price from 15 cents per share to 10 cents per share. All other terms and conditions of the outstanding option agreements remain in force and effect. The amendment described relates to option agreements totalling 1.82 million outstanding options.
The granting of these new options and repricing is subject to any required regulatory and shareholder approval.

Peter beat me to it. They are changing CEO's at SUF, maybe with fresh leadership, and new vision, they will commit to something substantial at Yamba this year.

Hello John

I have been buried for three days. While the news was new to me this morning, it certainly is consistent with what I was anticipating. If we are up to $.15 this far in advance of early March Yamba mobilization I remain very optimistic for a significant appreciation in late March/April/May.

I claim no insight into the motivation of buyers, but I would bet interest is related to Yamba not Cuba.

Keep one eye on TQY and CAV as well.

Enjoy the ride.

Hello Peter

I am by no means an expert on such matters Peter, but don't exchange rules require that options be priced at the trading value of the day actually issued or some such requirement?

What I am trying to say in my own inadaquate way is that any Options would have to reflect the appreciated stock price on the day the deal was finalized would they not?

If that were the case, I am not sure Larry and associates will reap any windfall unless the stock keeps appreciating beyond that date which is just fine by me thank you.

Keep your eye on TQY & CAV as well.

Hope you make a dollar.

Regards
