Listening to the local prez of Time Warner on a local station talking about the merger.... he is saying that AOL had run into a wall and needed TWX content...says it's a good marriage. 250 million dollar project to get the cable modem wires in...they are 80% done now. $40.00 a month for cable modem...100 times faster...at the price of what you would pay for a second phone line and an ISP. Talking about digital compression and speed...unlimited video streaming is about 2-3 years away.... "Virtual VCR" being tested in Hawaii...Blockbuster Video is involved in this...
