Well, as it turned out it was a very small purchase so i think NT (as usual) want to just keep a close tab on the ASP applications/market so it can figure out which technology direction ASP is moving towards.........a smart move since there is no better form of Market Research than to actually be in the ASP service provider's business to understand what will drive that market.

And it will probably turn out to be a heck of an investment as they only paid 3 times revenue for a very profitable company with oodles of engineering talent.

This is one of those purchases no one on Wall St. will probably care in the short term but one that could have very positive impact in making sure NT will be a significant player in the exploding ASP market.
