Paul - I'm not down but I have something strange going on. I'm on MtView R06 w/4 Level II boxes. 2 (CSCO, NOK) are working fine. 2 are 'stuck' as of 10 minutes ago (EMLX, BVSN). Level 1, charts & time/sales are working fine for EMLX/BVSN (I doublecheck against my CyberX quotes & they tie perfectly). Any idea why the Level II boxes for EMLX/BVSN might be stuck. I've never seen this before. 'Stuck' = They're just not updating.

Just started with Qcharts RT a couple weeks ago. Nice software, but one problem, amost all of the options quotes seem incorrect! For an options trader, this is a problem. Everytime I call my broker to see why an order didn't get executed, it turns out my quotes are off. Can anybody tell me a reason I would want to pay for this service?
