Ewww, statist thug mentality. Maybe Microsoft's brilliant legal team could throw that one at the Judge next time around, seems pretty much in line with the rest of their brilliant defense strategy.

Funny thing, I've never been able to get a straight answer from the legal types, but the whole "harm to consumer" thing in antitrust isn't exactly enshrined in case law, as far as I know. It certainly wasn't the historical argument for antitrust laws when they were put in place. No big deal though, it's just entertainment to me.

Get over it. The last thing Microsoft wants to see is "free market competition." And they've never hesitated to use the legal system or the government to accomplish their goals. Live by the sword, ...
