If you're looking for a pure play for that particular niche, I think Rande found it this morning... ISSX. Provided that the outages continue, traders will begin to realize this... IMO. Hmm, I wonder if the 'hackers' are long some of these stocks? I noticed some big blocks went by a few days ago on a select few. Guess it wouldn't surprise me if they were...
