Tenchusatsu,

There are two ways to disable the PSN. The first way is to use a software driver which disables it and ensures that the only way to re-enable it is through a reboot. The second way is even stronger. It has the hardware BIOS disable the PSN from the start.


And of course there are other serial numbers in a PC which can be tracked. Hard discs and Ethernet cards spring to mind.
