I believe that there was a large amount of unaccounted recycled scrap and stockpiled silver that covered the 100 million ounces needed and believe that there is more where that came from.

Don't forget that base metal mines produce a lot of silver as well.

The average price of silver producers is around $6.00, & IMHO the price won't stay below cost of production much longer.
