Does this mean COMS wont distribute PALM shares until
after the spin-off?

Damn, it seems like a hard decision of whether to
sell my COMS now (hold for 1 year and half by now)
and go for PALM IPO directly, or hold on for
another six months and receive PALM from 3COM

Hi KenD, you mentioned LEAPs, I am wondering how it works. If I buy a LEAP now, after spin-off palm, I will get palm and coms shares if I decide to exercise the option? Thanks. ZG
