A company as sound as IBM would never get an "E".

What this shows for PNLK is a lack of planning
and resources in what is necessary to meet
the criteria for compliance.

The bottom line from a "Business" stand point is they
didn't get the job done.

I will still hold my shares based on that "Dream" I
have, But 1 month longer and it's into the pink sheets.

Let's hope if the "E" does actually come it'll be
short lived.
