I'm no expert on EU securities law, but, Mercedes certainly didn't pay cash for Chrysler... VOD is certainly not paying cash for Mannesmann, either.

Yes I saw this.They guy tom... was advising everybody to sell long time ago and now is mad.
NN with savings will earn next FY starting May 2000 at least 1.5, so
ALA(if this is a case ) will add to top and bottom line,not counting
other benefits.
ALA for 1:1 will get NN very cheap!!!!!!
