Scumbria, I wouldn't give Sun Microelectronics enough credit to think that they made a conscious decision to run at low MHz. 3 years
ago UltrasparcIII was planned to be a 1.5GHz processor. They just failed to execute.

OK, just trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. So, their low Megahertz might translate directly into low performance, like Paul said.
