My Angels were watching over me yesterday. For the second time in two years (stupid! stupid! stupid!) I ran out of gas on the freeway...managed to get over to the right shoulder, which was rather narrow. I have a gas can but it was empty so I stood in back of my car and held it up. A very polite gent stopped and took me for gas and back again. He said he runs a car repair business part time out of his home and he stops for anyone in trouble. He's gotten three new customers that way!!!! I was scared only when he went to put the gas in my car, as my gas tank cover is on the left side and I prayed hard that he would not be hit by any of the very fast moving cars on the right lane. I'll have to go to his service to fix my gas gauge. He said it isn't that difficult or costly. I missed my dinner date with a friend but was very thankful to be safe and "rescued". Freeus
