I believe that's incorrect. It was .13 vs .08

The street's expectations were .10
which they blew away!

The conference call was very, very positive.

My guess regarding the after hours market is a question raised about the tvgia merger.

Henry mentioned that the DOJ requested additional information regarding the merger. But he also said he's very confident the merger will be allowed and is complying fully to "educate" the DOJ on the facts.
