Roy, that was put on the OTCBB website Feb 8, 2000. the FYE (I could not exactly determine what it means) but my guess is Fiscal Year Ending. The last date this was updated was the final column labeled Compliance Status as of 2/9/2000.

Each and every day the SEC puts out the Daily List of company changes etc...it's at the top right in the green vertical area. Check that and enter PNLK and you 'll see what's up. There's also a Todays Changes button.
