susan mc, what a ride, huh?... Congratulations for hanging in there all this time. It was pretty hard to hang in there, wasn't it? You and the others did good. More pr's to come (Pat Rost will officially come on board, etc.). Forget about the Letter of Intent. That is always the first step in any big loan. First the LOI, then the funding of the loan. MPTV will get the $52M. I believe this stock will really begin to ascend once the construction crew is at the property actually tearing the buildings down. That will be the final nail in the coffin for any doubters. Also remember, the Lake Tahoe property is still MPTV's. I spoke with the guy who owns the property (a friend of mine). He spoke to Jim recently and they both agreed that Jim wants it, and he wants to sell it to Jim. Don't know any time frame on this. First things first. Anyway, glad you hung in there! Good luck...
