Do your homework Mr Rowe, I suggest one place for you to start reading is the US department of energy website. There are lots of reports out there on reforming methanol.

Best of luck,
Chip

Michael,

Posts like that contribute nothing to the discussion. If you want to atack Blue Chips ideas with a counter idea--go for it--otherwise I personally wish you would not respond at all.
We all have our opinions. The idea is to lay out the rationale and facts which support the same.

Mike Rowe, you posted
"but its still gasoline....so in the end what do you have??
pollution

the only real reason to go to fuel cells is to ELIMINATE
POLLUTION"

I guess you still have not done your homework, Im not surprised however. You better tell Ballard to stop the methanol work then or sell your Ballard stock, a PEM running on Methanol will no longer qualify it for zero emissions status.

You still need to do your homework on the differing fuel cells and the differing fuels and their impacts on the environment.

Good luck on your homework, should you ever decide to do it.

Chip
