Canadian data is more of a sore subject, and it's an ongoing battle to stabilize that portion of our feed. We're rebuilding some intraday data this week, and though I'm not directly involved, I know the engineers are working hard at getting the incoming feed straightened out.

As for the TICK symbols, here goes:

INDEX:TICK would be a composite and is received in our data feed and sent out as is.

QC:TICK is composite and calculated by Qcharts (on the server side) based on actual trade data received.

Adding the .NY or .NQ to either would designate the same information except exchange specific; NYSE only with .NY, Nasdaq only with .NQ and Amex only with .AM.
