Chief and the group: My 2 cents worth on PM alerts. First, I rarely day-trade - so take anything I say with a grain of salt anyway. I have been following the thread from the start though, and it's been fun - a lot of laughs, some good heads-up calls. Over the years, I've lurked (participated a little) around a few good threads. I have thanked the people who take the time to post valuable information and dialogue on the threads. It seems to me that most of the good threads are composed of several individuals who could just as easily communicate through PMs. I appreciate those who've decided to stay public. Sorry to hear that you've already been using a PM system for heads-up calls. But, I'm glad to know that. It does change things. Chief, you and I have had a few PMs back and forth over some stocks that didn't fit the profile of the thread but this is different. No reason for you not to create an inner circle but it will/does reduce the value of the thread for the rest of us. Cush
