Yes, we did notice. Back on January 18 when the offering was effective and CREE was trading in the mid-80's.

Wow! Toby, you are way out of touch. The SPO priced at 85 1/8, which was 1/16 below the closing price - a few weeks ago. In fact, the stock only very briefly (say 30 minutes) traded below that price since then. Seems those ~3 mil shares are in tight hands - at least for now.
