yep, CAU is still VERY cheap here. since it moves in 1/16 increments each tick is a giant move percentage-wise from here. well, RANGY certainly has potential. it's investments in SA are concentrated in the extremely high cost producers which gives it immense PoG leverage.

a comment from gold eagle on franco nevada.
i think its oversold.
fn.to

anyway, got stillwater <g>

This is my first posting ever, prompted by what is, I believe, a unique buying opportunity in Franco-Nevada (generally not well followed in the U.S. because it trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange only). FN is regarded as the bluest of the blue-chip gold stocks (haha, if there is anything like a blue-chip gold left after the devastating four years we've had to endure!!!) by every one of the top gold stock pickers I know. It recently sold off on news of minor, temporary production problems at the Ken Snyder mine - a total over-reaction by the market. I believe it should be the cornerstone of any precious metals portfolio. By the way, goldbugs, FN's CEO, Pierre Lassonde, was the very first to condemn hedging by the producers - years before anyone even thought about it. Naturally, the company is totally unhedged. Check it out!!!
