ASD Systems Announces Fourth Quarter and Fiscal 1999 Financial Results; Revenues Increase 44% for the Quarter and 54% for the Year; Non-Recurring and Non-Cash Items Affect Bottom Line Performance

Further, the Company noted that the fourth quarter and full year results were impacted by a non-recurring charge of approximately $1.5 million or ($0.09) and ($0.13) per share, respectively, which was written off as bad debt expense and costs related to a tentative settlement with a former client. Absent this charge and the non-recurring, non-cash charges related to the Company's preferred stock which was fully redeemed in November 1999, the net loss for the quarter would have been approximately $2.0 million or ($0.13) per share while the full year net loss would have totaled approximately $7.3 million or ($0.64) per share
