The unfinished Anam purchase concern drags AMKR a little bit. There are many creative way to finance the purchase, or merge.

Besides cash and stock swap, AMKR could pay some cash plus some stock option, just like many companies in the Silicon Value and all the places doing -- pay salary plus fat option offer to attract talents.

The stock option seems to be extremely well received and has no dilution effect to the stock -- illusion or not.

The bottom line is that, Anam and its creditors do not want to ruin the party. A crashed AMKR stock is absolutely a disaster to everyone.
