I received the annual report today. I have called in my proxy vote, and as a dissatisfied shareholder I have voted to withhold a vote for both the name change and the election of directors that management has recommended. I realize that "The Brothers" have voting control over the company with their multi-vote shares and regular shares, but I wanted them to know that they have investors who have lost their faith in "The Brothers" direction. Reading the Annual report, I could not believe that they did not even mention how disappointing this past year has been for the company....everything is wonderful in their world...but I guess if you get a salary increase of over 30%, you should be happy...even if you don't deserve it. My suggestion is to place your vote indicating that you are withholding for Proposal A and C! Lets show them that they are playing with other people's money...and we are tired of it!
