Gus, can you provide a link or reference for this so we know what document it is from? Thanks.

If this is accurate it supports my earlier contentions and could come back to haunt IDC in a big way with regard to 3G royalties. It implies that the term "IS-95 type technologies" in the '94 agreement allowing Q to use and license certain CDMA patents for the one-time fee is not bandwidth-limited with regard to 3G since all 3G proposals are with carriers less than 10MHz.

I know it is difficult to get to the bottom of the royalty issues but I appreciate the sincere efforts of many here to do just that.
