Nice charts John. If the NASDAQ comes back to its 200 day moving average soon, it will be considered a huge correction of course. Thanks for the perspective.

The inference is that a NASD decline to 3000 is plausible. Yet the 4 standard deviations would largely disappear if NASD would just hold its present level for a few months, ie., the 200 dma would catch up to the NASD. In other words, a slowdown in NASD ascent is all that is needed to bring back normality. The latter is a lot more probable than a sudden 30% NASD correction.
