Yes, they definitely are, but unfortunately, it's Henry's style. My hope is that, after the merger, one of the loquacious executives from tvgia will take over external communications. It's definitely not one of Dr. Yuen's areas of strength.

Hey, he's great at math and patents <gg>.

Thats my reaction as well. I am long the stock and I believe the most important thing is getting a critical mass of guides deployed. Nothing happened with this report to indicate that achieving critical mass is not going according to plan. In some sense, revenue is not critical right now, as it will be when 10M guides are deployed, and the merger is completed.

But I am still not happy about the way the earnings were reported. We (investors) need to determine what the actual revenue growth was. For this, we need numbers assuming GIC paid the proper fees. Without this information, am I to assume that this was a one time event, and consequently the y-o-y growth was negligible? Unless something was said in the conference call, I am not sure why the stock should be going up in after-hours.

This brings up my next point. GMST is not very helpful to small investors like me. How am I supposed to listen to the conference call in the middle of the work day? There is no website, so the most important chance for investors to listen to the company's forward vision and explanation of past performance is to listen to the conference call. I understand the company's strategy of being very discreet with what they release since they are in middle of negotiating/litigating on many issues, but I don't see how this translates to not providing basic investor relations [eg: replaying conference call after 6pm]

I suppose I could sell my shares, but I will hold on. I won't let my indignation get in the way of my greed <G>. I am fully sold in the "EPG domination leading to mega-ad revenues" story. On the positive side, the e-Book strategy is interesting and represents a major strategic upside to the story since I bought my shares. Was anything mentioned in the conference call related to ad-revenues for books/magazines/etc? Is this even possible? Also was anything mentioned with regards to guide deployment in Europe/Asia?

Thanks for any information anyone can provide.
