Maybe you can suggest a Naviscope for @Home

I don't see @Home or any ISP encouraging net accelerators any time soon. It would lessen their ability to oversubscribe.

Hmmm. I'm surprised that no one asked me about Naviscope. Go to www.naviscope.com and get the free download. I figured out how to turn it on when @Home is in charge. It only required clicking a check box, so now it's working and has made the @Home experience far better. Try it.
