Aloha, did you have fun today? First time I have invested in a company where the CEO appears to be attempting to both depress earnings and the stock price. Let's see what the investor strategy should be: 1. assume CEO will fail and earnings will be better than projected. 2. assume CEO has correctly assessed the situation to be one where the lower the earnings, the higher the share price. 3. look around for a company marketing a good antidepressant. Since I have concluded that number 2 is the way to go, I must be as crazy as Farrell is. Its a win/win. Shorts cover and longs benefit eventually. Oh by the way, some get forced out by margin calls but oh well, they never should have gotten so overextended. You know Aloha, you were right. The uglier this gets, the more fun it is. Poor Raymond Norris....he is deluded into thinking that breaking the long-term up-trend is somehow a bad thing. He is not up to date with his methods obviously. Doesn't quite get it that breaking the up-trend was a brilliant tactical move by our fearless leader. Umpity ump quarters of earnings growth didn't impress Wall Street. When Farrell first turned the company around Wall Street listened at least to the tune of a 15 PE. Now Wall Street says ho hum. But if THQI misses a quarter or two and then blows out earnings, well we might have a 40 PE. We are all going to get rich. And when we do, we will fall on our knees and kiss that man's feet. BF that is. I can't wait.
