AOL/TWX is a long term hold for me. So long, in fact, that I do not even look at the news or price concerning them. I would like AOL to buy a xDSL pureplay and Phone.com, and for TXW to buy game portal galore.

Using other stocks to chase 9984 may not work well.
Only long shot can be used for the chase and that could be dangerous. Newmont, also long shot, has a floor of about 18, and can be used to catch 9984 on the way down, if it comes down.
