for Long Term Growth

U.S. Interactive Inc., (Nasdaq:USIT) a leading Internet
professional services company, today reports results for its fourth
quarter and full year ended Dec. 31, 1999.
Revenue for the fourth quarter 1999 was $11.6 million, an
increase of 179% from $4.2 million the same period a year ago and a
17% sequential increase over the $9.9 million for the third quarter of
1999. Gross margin widened in the quarter to 49%, up from 44% for the
previous quarter. The net loss for the fourth quarter excluding a
non-cash charge for amortization of deferred stock compensation and
amortization of goodwill was $853,000. EPS excluding amortization of
deferred stock compensation and goodwill amortization ("Cash EPS") was
a loss of $0.04 per share.
For the full year 1999, revenues reached $35.3 million, an
increase of 159% over 1998 revenues of $13.6 million.
