Thanks, Keith. I guess I thought something might be out or on the verge. Certainly, IJ should be asked for an update on any current actual negotiations, litigations seeking declarative relief threatened, etc., which could give us more relevant current information than the cc's in the past. My question, perhaps, is whether Qcom has knowledge of any presently threatened litigation and/or whether any vendors have yet acknowledged in a legally binding fashion that royalties on WCDMA will be paid. We really want to know whether Q is buying a passel of litigation when WCDMA does roll out. If early vendors concede that royalties are due, it makes dealing with the tough ones (ERICY ?) easier.
