ELEC is bidding up above 4 this morning. 4 has been a huge resistence level for ELEC. Large block trades in ELEC yesterday. Perhaps their DSL rollout is near.

Kbro morning notes:

STARBASE CORP. (SBAS $15 3/4)
RATING: STRONG BUY
PRICE TARGET: $38
Today, after the close, SBAS reports results for its December 1999 quarter. We
recommend buying the stock in advance of anticipated favorable results, which
we expect to meet our estimates of $4.1MM in revenue and an EPS loss of
$0.03. Yesterday, StarBase issued a press release describing its partnership with Open
Avenue, an open source (including Linux) portal provider. This marketing opportunity should
drive additional license fees for SBAS and also supports our STRONG BUY rating.

SBAS upgrade by Kaufmann.
