IMHO the UBID acquisition is a major leap into the b-2-b space in terms of street perceptions of cmgi shifting from a venture fund in b2c-b2b space to an operating company with one-stop b2b shopping across its holdings. If street is on ball, cmgi teetering share price (current TA) should gap up to higher level on this news
