OT Zoltan, NT is expected to grow earnings 26=% over the next year, CSCO 28%. That is very close. Given that NT earns more/share, it makes CSCO more expensive. You should check your numbers before blurting "wrong". I own CSCO and no longer own NT, primarily based on hype at this point.

Zoltan, Cisco is coming from the data networking industry (relatively new market), dominating their competitors and thus generating 40% to 50% revenue growth.

Now, they are investing to go after the Telco/PTT public infrastructure/Service Provider market in a big way where the market growth is more like 10%.

NT on the other hand is coming from the Voice industry where the market was growing 10% or less and are NOW going after the data market with vengeance. And as you know the voice market until recently constituted bulk of their revenue.

Now if NT's revenue growth is exceeding 25% right now, what does that tell you about their penetration and growth rate in the new data/IP market? It must be huge (close to 100%) in order to jack up their overall revenue numbers from 10% to 25%........easy math will tell you this.

So as the market evolves and voice-data converge, what do you think will happen to Cisco's revenue growth and NT's revenue growth? Yes, you got it -- they will likely converge rather than diverge. Of course there is the issue of execution, product, technology, implementation capability, geographical reach, etc. but all of these variables actually FAVORS NT, not Cisco in the long-term.

And you know what else Zolt? The revenue forecast from the analysts is ONLY good as probably the next quarter.......to have such a strong conviction that NT will continue to grow at 25% or that CIsco will continue to grow at 50% AD INFINITUM is a GUESS at best. The technology and the market is moving so fast that it remains anyone's guess what the revenue growth of NT and CSCO will be even a year from now.

I wouldn't be so confident of projecting ANYTHING when it comes to telecom & Internet market right now. Whatever forecast you make today is likely to be irrelevant 6 months from now.
