Hi Dan3:

Re: "..............probably lifting share prices well beyond my conservative $280 estimate for year end."

Comment: If AMD ships 10 million (Salomon, Smith Barney say 12.5 million in Y2000!) "spry Athys" in Y2000 and pricing structure remains stable for both microprocessors and flash memory, Y2000 earnings could get to $7.00, an eps that would support your conservative year end target of $280...I thought I was sticking my neck out (so the Intellabees tell me) suggesting $100 conservatively by year end! Can't wait to hear their response to your perfectly reasonable target based on current indicators!

Re: "Remember that losing 15% or 25% of this market will be barely noticeable to Intel in a growing international market for business PC's, but for AMD it will be an incredible bonanza - probably lifting share prices well beyond my conservative $280 estimate for year end."

You might be right. That's why I'm now an AMD investor.
