Jeff, IMO if all the IRA, 401K, retirement money keeps flowin' in...we shouldn't see a long protracted bear market anytime soon. If one does materialize I would love to see some of these hot-shot 'net traders be forced to learn how to read a balance sheet, p&l, and learn what a reasonable p/e is! :^)

Hell we are in a bear market. Everybody but the gamblers have went home. How else could you explain PE's of under 10 on many banks and dividend rates above 6%. Chemicals and Basic Materials can't find any buyers. Incredible volume increases in the market and their effect on OLB's and NITE being totally ignored.
