A lot of well known funds play the momentum game also...I mean the bottom line for them is results!

Hi. I am your mutual fund manager.

Today we threw ONE out the window since we saw no need for its 6.25% Dividend. No growth left in this stock, bleak outlook, no room for PE to inflate. You will be greatly excited by our new position we took in AXP. Don't worry that it has a PE of 30 and only pays .50% Dividend, it's loved by the momentum players.

We also threw FTU out the window for the same reasons. Your money was reinvested in QCOM. It offers greater upside potential.

We also threw in the towel on SOI, DPH, KM, LPX, DZA, and HRC. We saw no furhter upside or potential in these dying stocks. All of their products will become obsolete in the very near future. We are sure that you will be much more happy with our newly increased position in CSCO that we initiated with the proceeds from these sales.

In other business, we are becoming increasingly concerned by all the money we previously threw at DELL. Look for news on that issue to highlight next months newsletter.

In closing, this quarter we decided that the Semiconductors and the Semiconductor Equipment stocks were the sectors to be in going forward. Look for our exciting buys there.

Thank you,

Joe J. Momentum
