EP, Jerry is selling ALL his shares. This means he knows AMD is headed for the dempster dumpster. Yield crashes, copper contamination, you name it... this confirms everything!!!

I know you're kidding...but just because I was curious, I looked up the latest proxy (March 99) and Jerry has 2,308,947 shares. This figure "ncludes 2,100,000 shares subject to options that are exercisable on March 1, 1999 or become exercisable within 60 days thereafter. Excludes any shares owned by Mr. Sanders' wife, as to which Mr. Sanders disclaims beneficial ownership."

This could suggest he is selling approximately 1/5 of his holdings, although we don't know if he was granted any additional shares or options this year.

Also, I always thought it was the dempsty dumpster.....?
