Hi all, just to clarify... we do not have any plans on charging subscribers to call our support lines. As far as improvements, we have reduced the average wait times down to under 5 minutes, and most of the time the pick-up time is less than 1 minute (peak times being the exception.)

jebj - clearly - agreed - but when the produict is documented, I heartily recommend that they get draconian.
