FYI on UCL - It's really a large E&P at this point. It still seems to trade in sync with the XOI issues, but they sold their refining and marketing operations to TSO and they are planning a sale of some non-oil assets as well.

I still think it's a good price, but it's not an integrated just so everyone is clear.

Seem like sentiment is extremely negative over on the yahoo board. People are really upset about UCL's shift, but quite honestly I think the sale of the refining operations was a good thing.

As an E&P I like their crude weighting and reasonable debt. Still researching this one, bought mostly for a trade but it may become a long term hold.
