Mr. Richard Silas reports
Effective Feb. 8, 2000, Brian Staples has joined the board of directors. Mr. Staples is a senior international trade expert with 20 years experience as an international trade and customs adviser encompassing NAFTA and cutoffs training worldwide with trade policy and analytic activities for various global financial institutions.
The company has granted and applied for, subject to regulatory approval, 300,000 director/employee incentive stock options exercisable for a period of two years at a price of 15 cents per share. The company has elected to undertake the stock options process under the former Vancouver Stock Exchange policies and will not yet elect to implement the recently introduced Canadian Venture Exchange policies.

Hi Jim:

Good to see you still have patience and have those AMS shares. Yes, 19 pennies is a heck of a lot better than 9 or back when it was 3....

It would be nice if something DID come out of all this or perhaps it's just another short term rally. Oh well, time will tell. I've been holding this thing for years....it would be nice if it hit 50 pennies so a I can take a reasonable profit!! :-)

Interested to see what will happen.
