This morning's NYTimes has an editorial on heating oil shortages in NY an comments on high oil prices. They are endorsing the swap idea of SPR, but say that it should have been in place already, as it will no longer help this winter owing to the delay time.

OT: I slept surprisingly well last night, considering I maxed out my margin yesterday. Must admit I was a little nervous this morning though, before the market opened. Suspect we will both sleep VERY well tonight!

Haven't sold anything yet. The current prices for the stocks I own, although up smartly from yesterday, are still ridiculously low. Think I'll just let it ride into the OPEC meeting.
