I remember reading that DW was asked if there were any business plans he wakes in the middle of night screaming about because he turned them down.

His answer: EBAY

Maybe UBID is just his way of healing that wound.

While the acquisition could help CMGI, until the transaction actually occurs I see the stock being stymied. We're capped until May at least IMHO.

I have been listening to these money managers on CNBC saying CMGI does not involve in B2B stuff. Where did they get these brain-dead idiots from? The same ones who would value ICGE at a higher market cap than CMGI. May I point that ICGE's revenue is only $16M a year right now. What a joke!!! What is CMGI's? Also, this B2B crap is blown way out of proportion. Just look at the bad earnings report of VERT.
